WE HAVE THE SOLUTION, it’s called “The Mind Body Exercise Program” and it was created by a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and designed to help sedentary people to become more physically active by starting with a quick and easy approach. The program was tested and made ergonomically safe and medically supportable by a UCLA Exercise Physiologist. The Mind Body Exercise Program is endorsed by staff of the American College of Sports Medicine.

The Mind Body Exercise Program is a a group of three exercises that tighten and tone every major muscle group in ten minutes, only two times daily.  We believe in “moving-through-life” therefore, on the initial fitness evaluation, you are taught the “Three Mind Body Exercises” during a one on one safety training session. Thereafter, Group classes are held online during all hours of the day! So there is no excuse to skip exercise. With our fitness technology platform you don’t need a fancy gym or heavy equipment to initially get in shape. All you need is “The Mind Body Exercise Program” As your fitness progresses; our certified instructors are highly trained and are some of the finest instructors in the health and fitness industry. In addition, various classes are offered at our affiliate facilities with the most popular classes being: Yoga, Pilates, Body Pump, Cardio Kickboxing, Step Aerobics, PNF Stretching, Flexibility and Agility Training, Free Weight Strengthening and Abs Classes.

Physical Fitness

Physical Fitness programs are important to good health and longevity. We believe it’s important to stick to a good fitness program and that fitness is a lifelong necessity. That is why we designed The Mind Body Exercise Program as it educates and motivates people in quick and easy fitness programs that are offered in a safe and non-intimidating environment. We initially train the exerciser how to properly position their body movements, we give them a home use manual and safety guide and then our exercise program is available 24 hours per day via internet membership, so that the exerciser can do the exercises in the comfort of their own home. However, we offer Certified Personal Trainers (CPT) that are trained available though our network and are available one-on-one on an individual basis or in group settings, depending on each exercisers preference. The benefits of utilizing our Personal trainers is so that exercisers can customize each training session by designing individual programs based on various exercises, to meet the exercisers goals and needs.

What Are Exercise Guidelines?

The American College of Sports Medicine recommends that the average adult, exercises 3-5 days per week with 30-45 minutes of cardio per session. Our affiliate gyms offer state of the art cardio equipment and pin select strength building equipment and free weight training with either dual hydraulic or simple training equipment. This provides the exerciser with a complete life time of fitness and exercise options. After reaching plateau capacity while working out on single resistant equipment creates a peak of maximum fitness, it is necessary to rotate up work-outs with various types of equipment that is why we offer a full array of equipment options.
